Shipping and payment terms
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices listed, shipping costs will be charged for merchandise items.
The exact shipping costs can be found in the following shipping cost list:
Within Germany: €5.00 per order
Outside Germany: €9.90 per order
Orders for admission tickets, lecture tickets, and digital vouchers are free of shipping costs.
Delivery terms
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times to Austria/Switzerland may vary. Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland) are VAT-free.
Terms of payment
Payment is made via PayPal or prepayment.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access, if applicable). You will receive further information during the ordering process.
